I spent years as a corporate lawyer looking composed while privately spinning. I coach people who know that feeling. People who look fine on the outside but are quietly carrying more than they’d like to admit.

You can keep coping like this… but it’s exhausting. And deep down, you know something needs to change.

A structured 12 session coaching program, meeting fortnightly over 6 months, to help you understand what’s actually going on, and to change how you respond, in real life, even when things are hard.
