100 years ago if told a friend you were going running they would've asked who you were running from? 

Fast forward to today, and it's an undisputed fact that moving your body is vital for your physical and mental health. Just like it's an undisputed fact that brushing your teeth is vital for oral hygiene.

We all know we should exercise and brush our teeth, and if we don’t we feel bad about it right?

Mindfulness and meditation is no different.

We need to train our minds just as much as we need to train our bodies!

There is now an overwhelming body of research to support the mental and physical benefits of mindfulness (yes physical - meditation and mindfulness have been shown to help with everything from IBS to psoriasis and heart health!).
