What's in a name?

The name ‘Be More You’ came to me like a lightning bolt as I was journalling.  I had asked myself, how am I helping my current clients? And how do I want to help awesome people (like you!) in the future?  The answer was simple … I want to help you to BE MORE YOU!

BE

We live in an outcome dominated society where busy-ness is worn as a badge of honour. We covet our to do lists and spend our lives jumping from one task, one goal, one 'thing' to the next, getting shit done. But very rarely do we allow ourselves the space to simply be, to observe, to relax, to find space, silence, to reconnect with ourselves and our loved ones. We are Human Be-ings not human doings - so let's bring the BE back!

MORE

Not ‘More’ in the sense that you’re not good enough as you are.  Believe me, you are MORE than enough (even if you can’t see that right now)! But ‘More’ in the sense of stepping into the best version of yourself, whatever that means to you. Realising your true potential.  Realising you are capable of so much more than you think you are.  Having the clarity to find it and the confidence to go out and get it!

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?
— Marianne Williamson

YOU

Helping you be more ‘yourself’. To cut through the overwhelm of life: obligations, expectations, the need to be all things to all people, to conform to certain ways of being or behaving. To really connect in with what's true to you.  With what makes YOU awesome. What lights YOU up.  What’s important (and what’s not important ) to YOU.  To how YOU want to live YOUR life, who you want to spend it with. With what you want to do, to be to and to have.

In short, Be More You is all about helping people like you, find more calm, confidence and connection in a frantic modern world so you can savour YOUR life and ... Be More You!
